Send us back the questionnaire (completely filled out), your (existing and new) floor plans and elevations (all drawings should have clear dimensions and include door/window schedules) on a PDF format.
We will send you a fee proposal. Once we received a signed proposal/contract and full payment, we will process your report. We offer fast and accurate Residential/Commercial Title 24 Compliance Reports for any city in California. The signed Title 24 report will be sent to you via email on a PDF format.

Print the full (drawing) size copy of the T24 sheet - to be collated with your plans and two (2) sets of the calculations on letter size (8 1.2"X11") paper and you're ready to submit for a building permit!
If your drawings are hand-drawn, send us the request and we will email the project questionnaire to you and you can send everything to our mailing address at 6167 Jarvis Avenue #206, Newark CA 94560.
We will start processing your report as soon as we receive your signed contract and full payment.
